New injection molds

We design and manufacture injection molds for customers from various industries: automotive, household appliances, construction, lighting and electronics.

Mold modifications

We specialise in quick repairs and modifications of injection molds according to customer specifications or guidelines.
We also have engineering capabilities and even in the absence of documentation, surface mapping is something we can do.

Repairs and regenerations

The most frequently undertaken repairs and regenerations include:

-correction of shape and dimensional defects
-replacement of standardised mold elements
-reconstruction of worn mold components
-reconstruction of mold cavity structure
-regeneration of closures, removal of flashes on molded parts

CAD/CAM design

We prepare technical documentation based on modern CAD/CAM design systems and provide comprehensive advice throughout the entire production process, striving to ensure that the product design incorporates the best possible solutions from the planned production process’ perspective.
