Design department
We offer many years of experience in the construction of injection molds, as well as modern technologies for their production. We have our own Design Office and Technology Office focused at constant development and striving for optimal solutions.
We prepare technical documentation based on modern CAD/CAM design systems and provide comprehensive advice throughout the entire production process, striving to ensure that the product design incorporates the best possible solutions from the planned production process’ perspective.
What we do
We design molds adapted to work on any type of injection molding machines.
We prepare full documentation, and everything is covered by a warranty.
We make tools according to the specification provided by the customer, based on the supplied 3D model or a ready workpiece. We also generate 3D models based on flat documentation.
Our constructors and technologists work with modern CAD software: Catia V5, Power Shape, WorkNC-CAD and CAM: WorkNC, PowerMill, SprutCAM.
The mold design process is individual and optimised for each of our customers, and each of its stages is carried out with attention to the smallest detail.
